Adjusting the implementation progress of the Investment Project to build housing in the central residential area of ​​Tan An town

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the progress of the investment project to build residential housing in the center of Tan An town until the end of December 2024, to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to continue construction. By the end of June 2025, the project must be completed, accepted and handed over to put the project into operation.

The adjustment of progress is to create conditions for the investor to implement the next documents and procedures, invest in construction to complete the entire project, accept, put into use, promote investment efficiency or review and adjust the legal documents of the project to ensure conditions for acceptance, put into use, and early completion of the project.

During the project implementation process, for the remaining area of ​​land that has not been contiguously allocated, in the form of a "leopard skin" due to previous problems that have not been resolved and the site clearance work has now been completed, the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor, Quang Nam Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company, to work with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to make recommendations and propose solutions according to the policy of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Notice No. 757 dated April 24, 2024 and Official Dispatch No. 3021 dated April 26, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, work with the People's Committee of Hiep Duc district to review and assess the possibility of implementing compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Hiep Duc district to urgently direct relevant departments, units and localities to coordinate with investors to focus on speeding up progress, resolving problems in compensation and site clearance and urging investors to speed up construction progress to ensure compliance with the approved planning and ensure the progress time adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee, promoting the effectiveness and objectives of the project.
