Quang Nam continues to adjust the progress of Con Ba Xa Resort
Quang Nam agreed to adjust the progress of the Con Ba Xa Resort. Part of the reason is that Hoi An City is slow in completing the procedures to approve the local adjustment of the project's 1/500 planning.
Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Thai Binh, has just signed a document agreeing on the policy of adjusting the implementation progress of the Con Ba Xa Resort investment project in Cam Thanh commune and Cam Chau ward (Hoi An city), invested by HG Investment Joint Stock Company.
This adjustment of progress is partly due to the delay in completing the procedures for appraisal and approval of local adjustments to the Detailed Construction Plan (1/500) by the Hoi An City People's Committee, and the investor increasing the project's investment capital to improve the quality of construction items, equipment, and customer service utilities...

The Con Ba Xa Resort Project was granted an investment certificate by the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee in 2016 and has had its investment policy adjusted twice. In the new adjustment, the total project cost was reduced from VND435 billion to VND420 billion.
According to the document approving the adjustment of the investment policy of the Con Ba Xa Resort Project of Quang Nam province, from August 2020 to March 2021, the enterprise will complete legal, land and construction procedures. From March 2021 to December 2023, the project will be implemented and put into operation.
In September 2023, Quang Nam also agreed in principle to approve the Local Adjustment of the 1/500 detailed planning of Con Ba Xa Resort.
Previously, in December 2022, Quang Nam province also agreed to allow HG Investment Joint Stock Company to adjust the investment scale of the Con Ba Xa Resort project in the direction of reducing the design capacity from 66 rooms to 39 villas with 45 bedrooms to ensure harmony with the surrounding landscape and environment, improve service quality, in line with the province's green tourism development orientation and in line with the tourism development orientation of Hoi An city...
