Regarding the investment project to build housing in Dai Duong Xanh Urban Area, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend until the end of December 2024 to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to continue construction.

Regarding the housing construction investment project in Anh Duong Urban Area, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend the deadline until the end of March 2025 to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to continue construction.

Regarding the Coco Riverside Urban Area housing construction investment project, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend the deadline until the end of May 2025 to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to continue construction.

Regarding the investment project to build housing in Hung Thinh Urban Area, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend the implementation progress of the investment project to build housing in Hung Thinh Urban Area in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area, Dien Ban town until the end of November 2025 to complete the entire project, accept and hand over the project for exploitation and use.

Adjusting the progress of these projects is to create conditions for investors to implement the next documents and procedures, invest in construction to complete the entire project, accept, put into use, promote investment efficiency or review and adjust the legal documents of the project to ensure conditions for acceptance, put into use, and early completion of the project.
