CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE DECISION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF LANG SON PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE ON PERSONNEL WORK

On the afternoon of April 1, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province on the implementation of the early retirement regime and policy according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP for civil servants.

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Dang An, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department, Deputy Directors of the Department, leaders of departments and units under the Department and civil servants of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

At the conference, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced and presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on retirement according to the regime and policy of early retirement to enjoy social insurance benefits for comrade Phan Van Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The decision takes effect from April 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Dang An praised and highly appreciated the spirit of self-awareness, responsibility and exemplary behavior of comrade Phan Van Hoa who voluntarily applied for early retirement to facilitate the effective implementation of the Party and State's policy on streamlining the organizational apparatus. He also congratulated, praised and expressed gratitude for comrade Phan Van Hoa's contributions and dedication to the fields of culture, sports and tourism over the past years, and hoped that comrade Phan Van Hoa would continue to promote his role as an exemplary party member, contributing his experience, efforts and intelligence, actively participating in local emulation movements, contributing to the socio-economic development of his place of residence.

Speaking upon receiving the retirement decision, comrade Phan Van Hoa emotionally expressed his feelings and thanked the attention and support of the Department's leadership, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism over the past time and promised to continue to promote the role of a Party member at his place of residence after retiring.
