(kontumtv.vn) – On the afternoon of March 24, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Tuy inspected the progress of the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Kon Tum city.

In Kon Tum city, there are 108 households that need support to remove temporary and dilapidated houses. The implementation roadmap is divided into 2 phases. Phase I strives to remove 73 temporary and dilapidated houses by the end of 2025; Phase II, after 2025, continues to remove the remaining 35 temporary and dilapidated houses. Up to now, the locality has built 74 houses; of which, 53 have been completed.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Tuy directly inspected the construction progress and quality of housing projects for poor and near-poor households that were supported to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. Through this, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested local Party committees and authorities to continue to review temporary and dilapidated houses in the area, ensuring that no one is left behind; mobilize socialized resources as well as support labor to help reduce costs and increase the area of ​​houses for people; regularly check and grasp the progress and quality of the projects, ensuring the completion of the set goals... The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee kindly visited and presented gifts to the families; at the same time, hoped that people would raise their sense of responsibility, contribute their efforts to soon complete the new houses, and rise up to escape poverty sustainably.

On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Tuy grasped the investment and construction situation of the passion fruit processing factory of Sao Mai Agricultural Products Processing Company Limited. Currently, the factory is basically completed and is expected to officially come into operation in June 2025. Currently, the enterprise is facing some difficulties such as the industrial park does not have a water system, wastewater treatment system; raw material areas are still limited. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the enterprise to make efforts, exploit the potential of the province, put it into effective operation soon; requested departments, branches, and localities to pay attention and remove difficulties of the enterprise.../.
