With the spirit of urgency and determination to "run and queue at the same time", Party committees and authorities at all levels from the province to the grassroots in Long An province have deployed the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system in the direction of "streamlining - compactness - strength - efficiency - effectiveness - efficiency".
Complete the organization of the apparatus
In recent times, the entire provincial political system has implemented a “revolution” in the organization of the apparatus. Thereby, aiming to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations . This is a major task with a particularly important role, deeply and widely affecting the entire political system.
With the spirit of “speed, only discuss work, no retreat”, the “revolution” of streamlining the apparatus was carried out actively, urgently and effectively from the central to local levels. In order for the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus to take place smoothly, many cadres, civil servants, public employees (CBCCVC), and workers (NLĐ) in agencies and units of the province voluntarily wrote applications for early retirement. They sacrificed personal interests to create favorable conditions for the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - Nguyen Thanh Hai presented flowers; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut presented retirement decisions to the comrades.
Although she still had more than 3.5 years of work left, Ms. Phan Thi Nguyet (born in 1970) - former Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, still wrote a voluntary application for early retirement. Ms. Nguyet shared that during her work, she always completed the assigned tasks well, but when the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs merged, she voluntarily wrote an application for early retirement to facilitate the agency in arranging staff; at the same time, creating conditions for young civil servants to strive and contribute to the development of the agency and the province.
With nearly 6 years of work left, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoang (born in 1969) - former Head of the Propaganda Department of Can Giuoc District Party Committee, voluntarily wrote a letter of early retirement. This is not only a pioneering, exemplary, and responsible act of a civil servant and party member, but also an understanding and sharing with the organization.
Mr. Hoang said: “I have worked and paid social insurance for nearly 34 years. However, to facilitate the Can Giuoc District Party Committee in merging the two agencies of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, I wrote an application for early retirement. During this period, the Party and State have built mechanisms and policies with profound humanity, promptly motivating and encouraging civil servants, public employees and workers in implementing the organizational arrangement, so I am excited, assured and ready to sacrifice personal interests for the common mission of the unit".
The restructuring of the political system in the direction of "streamlining - compactness - strength - efficiency - effectiveness - efficiency" is an inevitable requirement for the country to develop into a new stage, firmly entering a new era - the era of national development. According to Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment - Vo Minh Thanh: After the reorganization, the Department stabilized its organization and immediately started working. Along with the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, personnel work when implementing the reorganization of the apparatus plays an important role. Many leaders in departments and units promoted their sense of responsibility, accepted to sacrifice personal interests, and proactively volunteered to retire early to create favorable conditions for the reorganization and streamlining of the Department's apparatus.
Regarding the selection of leadership personnel, based on the capacity, qualifications, prestige, experience, and work strengths suitable to the functions and tasks of the new agency, the Department's Board of Directors exchanged, discussed, and carefully considered the personnel and reached a high consensus on the plan to arrange and assign key leaders of the Department.
The newly appointed officers are well-trained, have good professional qualifications, have a long working period and have accumulated a lot of leadership and management experience. This is a favorable condition for these officers to develop and strive with the new unit's leadership to build internal solidarity and strive to complete the assigned tasks well.
Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee - Tran Thi Cam Loi informed that right after the conference to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, she proactively deployed and carried out the work promptly, without interruption, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
It can be affirmed that the policy of streamlining the payroll and rearranging the apparatus in the political system has been implemented by our Party and State with the goal of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of management, reducing the operating costs of the apparatus, allocating resources for national development, and better serving the people. However, some opposing elements continue to distort the truth, taking advantage of this change to spread false information, causing public confusion. These elements fabricate that the streamlining of payroll in Vietnam is "just a formality, to fool the people", not bringing about practical results but only wasting money.
Therefore, people need to be vigilant and cautious about information related to streamlining the apparatus or changing administrative units. In particular, they should not share on social networks false information that has not been verified by the authorities. Spreading unverified information can cause confusion and negatively affect the community. Cases of posting false information will be handled according to the provisions of the law.
Every cadre, party member and citizen needs to equip themselves with knowledge and skills in receiving information to identify the plots and tricks of hostile and reactionary forces to disrupt information and sabotage the country. From there, proactively fight against those who use the name of "criticism" and "democracy" to sabotage the Party, the State and the People./.
