Ha Tinh Electricity supports people to install customer care application

(Baohatinh.vn) - Ha Tinh Electricity Company supports the installation of EVNNPC CSKH application on mobile devices to bring more convenience to people and minimize the situation of fraud in installing fake apps.

On March 29, Ha Tinh Electricity Company coordinated with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Ha Tinh II branch to launch a campaign to support the installation of customer care applications and promote cashless electricity bill payments for people in Cam Quan commune (Cam Xuyen).

Nearly 100 officers and employees of Ha Tinh Electricity Company and Agribank Ha Tinh II branch joined forces to support the installation of customer care apps and promote cashless electricity bill payments.

During the day, Ha Tinh Electricity staff divided into many groups, present at the cultural houses of villages in Cam Quan commune to introduce to customers the conveniences and benefits of installing the EVNNPC CSKH application on mobile devices. At the same time, support people to install and instruct them on how to use and exploit the application's utilities.

Agribank Ha Tinh II branch staff also support customers in opening accounts, authorizing automatic debit to pay electricity bills...

EVNNPC CSKH App is an application for taking care of electricity customers using mobile devices of the Northern Power Corporation. When installing the app on mobile devices, electricity customers will be able to perform electricity service requests such as: tracking electricity consumption by day/month/year, looking up monthly electricity bills, power outage schedules, paying electricity bills online, meter reading schedules; viewing detailed electricity prices for each usage purpose...

Promote the installation of customer care applications on mobile devices to support the Ha Tinh electricity industry in deploying utilities, creating positive changes in improving the quality of customer service and aiming for 100% of customers to pay electricity bills without using cash. At the same time, helping people reduce travel time and be able to adjust their electricity usage behavior in a more reasonable and economical direction.

Launching support for people to install customer care apps helps limit the situation of scammers instructing people to install fake apps.

In particular, recently, scammers impersonating electricity employees have called and texted people to instruct them to install fake apps, causing many customers to lose money. Therefore, Ha Tinh Electricity's support for customers to install apps also aims to reduce fraud and avoid property damage to people.
