On December 17, the Employment Policy Department of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang City announced the salary situation in 2024 and the bonus plan for the 2025 New Year and the 2025 Lunar New Year.
Accordingly, by December 16, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang City had received reports from 135 enterprises on salary results in 2024 and expected bonus plans for the New Year and Lunar New Year of At Ty in 2025.
Regarding salaries in 2024, the highest and lowest belong to foreign-invested enterprises with 369,450 million VND/month and the lowest is 4,304 million VND/month.
According to the report, the highest 2025 New Year bonus is 223.1 million VND in foreign-invested enterprises and the highest Lunar New Year bonus is 700 million VND in private enterprises.

Specifically, for the 2025 New Year bonus, for single-member LLCs with 100% state capital, the highest is 35 million VND, the lowest is 300,000 VND.
For joint stock enterprises with State capital, the highest bonus is 17 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.
For private enterprises, the highest bonus is 1.5 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND and for enterprises with foreign investment, the highest is 223.1 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND.
For the Lunar New Year bonus of At Ty 2025, for single-member LLCs with 100% state capital, the highest is 46 million VND, the lowest is 2 million VND.
For joint stock enterprises with State capital contribution, the highest level is 220 million VND, the lowest is 1 million VND.
For private enterprises, the highest level is 700 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.
For the group of foreign-invested enterprises, the highest bonus is 475.5 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND.
Meanwhile, the average bonus is 8.5 million VND/person and the lowest bonus is 1 million VND/person for new employees who have worked for less than 12 months.
Coming in next is Long An , with the highest Lunar New Year bonus of 519 million VND. The average bonus is 8.5 million VND/person, while the lowest bonus is 1 million VND/person for new employees working for less than 12 months.
The average New Year bonus is 2.2 million VND/person and the highest is 30 million VND/person. The lowest is 200,000 VND/person for new employees who have worked for less than 6 months.

The locality with the third highest bonus is Thanh Hoa province. The Lunar New Year bonus at 83 foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), with more than 160,000 employees, averages 4.9 million VND/person, the highest is 410 million VND and the lowest is 70,000 VND/person.
The expected 2025 New Year bonus at 75 FDI enterprises with more than 140,000 employees is an average of VND 140,000, the highest is VND 146.6 million and the lowest is VND 50,000.
In fourth place is Binh Duong province with the highest Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 of VND375 million/person, belonging to an FDI enterprise. The average bonus this time is about VND8.77 million/person and the lowest is VND4.96 million/person, equal to the minimum wage in region 1.
For New Year's Eve, the highest bonus was 368 million VND, also belonging to an FDI enterprise.
In Can Tho province, the highest bonus is 300 million VND/person, the lowest is 200,000 VND, both belong to private enterprises. The highest expected bonus for the New Year 2025 is 151.4 million VND, belonging to FDI enterprises. The average bonus is 3.16 million VND and the lowest is 200,000 VND (FDI enterprises).
Thai Nguyen is also a locality with impressive Tet At Ty bonuses with the highest being 175 million VND/person, the average bonus being 7.5 million VND/month and the lowest being 100,000 VND/month.
The highest bonus for New Year 2025 is expected to be 85 million VND/person, the lowest is 100,000 VND/person. The average bonus is 900,000 VND/person.
Ha Giang province also has the highest Tet bonus of over 100 million VND/person with the highest being 109.6 million VND/person, the lowest being 300,000 VND/person.
Meanwhile, the highest 2025 New Year bonus in Ha Giang is 3 million VND/person; the lowest is 250,000 VND/person.
The remaining provinces have the highest bonus of less than 100 million VND/person, namely Dak Lak (94 million VND/person) and Nghe An (74 million VND/person).
