Unlimited selection of male interns for technical internship in Japan, phase II-2025

Accordingly, the Program to send Vietnamese trainees for technical internships in Japan under the Agreement between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the International Human Resources Development Organization of Japan (IM Japan) plans to recruit male trainees for the second phase in 2025 as follows: Scope of recruitment nationwide. Recruitment industry: Manufacturing and construction. The recruitment quota is unlimited.

Application period is from April 3, 2025 to June 30, 2025. Internship period in Japan is from 3 to 5 years.

The expected time for organizing the recruitment exam is 1 month/exam period. The Overseas Labor Center will notify the candidates of the specific time of organization in the order of time the workers submit their application. Candidates who have submitted their application will be arranged to take turns in the examination periods.

Conditions for registration: Male, 18 to 30 years old (born between 1995 and 2007). High school graduate or equivalent. Height from 1m58 or above, weight appropriate for height. No tattoos (including removed tattoos); no disabilities; no scars that affect mobility; vision in both eyes without glasses is 1/10 or above and with glasses is 7/10 or above, no amblyopia or color vision disorder.

The exam consists of 3 rounds. Round 1 Math test (total number of questions: 20 questions, time limit: 45 minutes, maximum total score: 100 points).

The required score for candidates choosing an internship in the manufacturing industry is 60 points or more. The required score for candidates choosing an internship in the construction industry is 40 points or more.

Only those who meet the requirements of Round 1 will be allowed to take the next rounds. Round 2: Body, vision, color vision and physical tests. Round 3: Interview (assessment of personal aspirations, practical experience, and demeanor).

Admission principles: Those who meet the requirements of Round 1, Round 2 and meet the requirements of Round 3 will be selected for admission.

Time Japanese language training and necessary knowledge training before departure for 6 months at the Overseas Labor Center's Training Facility in Hanoi . The estimated cost of participating in the program is between 28 - 38 million VND.

When participating in the program in Japan, workers receive a contract salary in the manufacturing industry from 140,000 Yen - 170,000 Yen (about 24-30 million VND/month). Receive a contract salary in the construction industry from 150,000 Yen - 200,000 Yen (about 26-35 million VND/month). These salaries do not include taxes, insurance, rent and do not include overtime pay and other benefits; along with many other supports.
