Up to now, KingDom Dong Duong Joint Stock Company is the investor of the project that has completed construction (phase 1) and handed over houses to customers since 2020. It has been more than 3 years but the pink book has not been issued, so residents are upset. Meanwhile, the conditions for issuing pink books have been checked by competent management agencies and there has been a document announcing the results of eligibility according to the provisions of law.
Kingdom 101 apartment residents upset because their pink books were frozen
Two months ago, since the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee directed in Notice No. 337 dated April 9, 2024 on granting pink books for apartments here, but due to the lack of full review, the matter has been prolonged, causing frustration among the people. Currently, the review has been completed, and all the above agencies have given their full opinions.
Therefore, to avoid the situation of mass complaints from the people, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment recommends that the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee approve the assignment of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently handle the application for granting pink books to home buyers in the apartment project (phase 1) invested by KingDom Dong Duong Joint Stock Company according to regulations, except for 100 apartments for resettlement until there is direction from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
