Collective economy , the core of cooperatives is   an important component, has contributed to creating many jobs, improving the material and spiritual life of the people,   contribute to   New rural construction goals, ensuring social security   in the province . That is the general assessment of insiders, managers, and those monitoring the development of cooperative models in the province.

Recently, the town has   many cooperative models appear,   typical advanced cooperatives in production and business. Cooperatives have exploited the potential advantages of investing in the field of aquaculture for high productivity, building a brand in the market. The model of collective economy, with cooperatives as the core, promotes economic development, improves the lives of members; attracts many people, individual economic households and organizations to participate. Thereby creating a foundation for restructuring the local agricultural sector, contributing to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas in the area.

With nearly 20 years of working with the new cooperative economic model, I believe that in order to develop, the most important thing is still the leadership team managing the cooperative. Since its establishment, Hoa Phong High Quality Agricultural Cooperative has focused on developing products associated with farmers. At that time, the cooperative faced difficulties in capital, production experience, building linkage chains, finding markets... The cooperative leaders sought and proposed appropriate solutions in linking production with farmers; taking advantage of the State and provincial policies to invest in infrastructure, building a production chain model to create quality products. The cooperative manager must have qualifications, capacity, experience, and passion for the cooperative economic model...

Viet Hung Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in the province that actively applies scientific and technological advances to production to continue to improve OCOP products. After 4 years of establishment, the main products of the cooperative are: Hoanh Bo guava, brown rice tea, black beans, black xạ, Son Duong khau nhuc. All products are certified stars. In recent years, the cooperative has linked hundreds of farming households to grow dozens of hectares of guava in Son Duong commune; linked households in Dong Son commune to grow yellow flower tea... Linking with farmers will create a concentrated, synchronous production area, facilitating the application of technology, standardizing criteria and product quality, being able to produce large enough products to meet market requirements; creating products with unique characteristics associated with the culture of the region.

Ms. Tran Thi Thuy, Nam Hai Quang Ninh Fish Sauce Production Cooperative (Uong Bi City):   "Ensure jobs and income for workers"

As a worker working at the cooperative since its establishment, I think the working environment at the cooperative is similar to that of a business. When workers start working, the cooperative organizes training, guidance, and understanding of the production process of products; encourages and rewards initiatives and technical improvements that bring efficiency. We workers are guaranteed jobs and income, especially the policies and regimes for workers are fully implemented by the cooperative. This is the motivation for workers to stick with the cooperative for a long time. We hope that the cooperatives will develop more and more to create more jobs and income for people in rural and mountainous areas in the province.
