Students and workers meet recruiting businesses at job fairs organized by the Can Tho City Employment Service Center.
To effectively implement the model, every week, the Can Tho City Employment Service Center regularly sends to training schools and vocational education institutions information on domestic and foreign job recruitment posted at the Center through the Zalo group "Information Support" or the email address of the school's contact person. At the same time, the City Employment Service Center and schools regularly coordinate to organize job transaction activities and events, such as job transaction sessions in the Mekong Delta, Southeast and neighboring provinces and cities, job fairs, job corners... The Center also regularly invites businesses and receives support to participate in job transaction events organized by the Center. Businesses regularly contact and provide recruitment information to the Center; receive a number of students to do internships and do graduation theses.
Through this model, the parties closely coordinate in organizing job transaction events; contributing to solving employment for students of schools and supporting businesses in recruitment.
