Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee thoroughly grasps and announces the Politburo's Regulations and Directives

August 19, Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee held a conference of key cadres to disseminate and implement Regulation No. 142-QD/TW and Regulation No. 148-QD/TW of the Politburo; promptly announce Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 439-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Comrade Vu Anh Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group chaired.

At the conference, delegates were informed about Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo dated June 14, 2024 and Plan No. 439-KH/TU dated July 23, 2024 of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the Congress of Party Committees at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. It emphasized 4 contents including: assessment of the situation, requirements for preparation of Party Committee Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; preparation of documents, personnel work for Party Committee Congresses at all levels.

Quang Ninh is one of the localities that has promptly concretized Directive No. 35 of the Politburo, through the issuance of Plan No. 439 "On organizing party congresses at all levels, towards the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030" and deployed to party committees and organizations at all levels. At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the draft Congress plan and established subcommittees to direct the Quang Ninh Coal Party Congress for the term 2025-2030.

The conference also disseminated and thoroughly understood the Law on Protection of State Secrets and the remedies and lessons learned after the inspection by the Quang Ninh Provincial Police on the protection of State secrets at the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee; thoroughly understood Regulation No. 142-QD/TW dated April 23, 2024 of the Politburo on piloting the delegation of authority and responsibility to leaders in personnel work, Regulation No. 148-QD/TW dated May 23, 2024 of the Politburo on the authority of leaders in temporarily suspending subordinate officials from work when necessary or when there are signs of serious violations of Party regulations and State laws.

The conference elected additional members of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee for the 5th term, 2020-2025.
