On the morning of September 28, the Provincial Police organized a direct and online dialogue conference between the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police with youth union members, women's union members and commune-level police in 2024, with the participation of more than 700 union members and police members across the province.

The dialogue program is an opportunity for the Party Committee, the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors and the leaders of the Police of units and localities to grasp the situation and thoughts of union members, members, officers and soldiers, especially the commune-level police; thereby providing timely guidance and direction to help union members and members strive, practice, mature, promote the core role, the spirit of initiative and creativity in the work of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety and building a truly clean, disciplined, elite and modern Quang Ninh Police force, meeting the requirements of the new situation. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for officers and soldiers, youth union members, and women's union members to express their thoughts, feelings, and propose their aspirations in professional work and in the union and association; help union members and young people better grasp the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party, the State, the Ministry of Public Security and the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Director, from which each union member and young person clearly identifies the direction, responsibility and has specific solutions to strive to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police Department, requested Party committees and leaders of the Police Departments of units, localities, and organizations at all levels to deeply understand, study, and fully grasp the situation and tasks of the police work. From there, launch emulation movements, organize activities closely following the political tasks of the Provincial Police Department in association with the local situation; more accurately and fully determine the role and position of young people and women, especially young officers and soldiers, this is an important resource of the Police force and needs to be given special attention. The Director of the Provincial Police Department requested relevant professional departments to continue to collect questions in each field, report to the Standing Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police Department for timely resolution...

Also at the conference, the provincial police leaders presented financial support to 30 officers and soldiers affected by storm No. 3 and encouraged them to quickly overcome difficulties and continue to work with peace of mind to excellently complete assigned tasks.
Previously, the police of various units and localities had chaired and organized more than 50 dialogue forums at the grassroots level and requested the Provincial Police Director to answer 40 questions and concerns, with 8 key contents related to police work.
