On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of Nghe Tinh Soviet Day (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2023), Can Loc district leaders offered incense at the Memorial House of Nghe Tinh Soviet Martyrs in Nghen town.

Can Loc district leaders commemorated soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement.

93 years ago, the 1930-1931 revolutionary movement in Ha Tinh was initiated by the demonstration of the people of Can Loc district on August 1, 1930. At Nghen intersection, on September 12, 1930, the people of Can Loc and neighboring areas rose up to fight for national liberation and held a rally to commemorate the Guangzhou Commune.

During the uprising, the enemy brutally suppressed the masses, many compatriots and comrades fought bravely until their last breath.

The Can Loc People's Uprising contributed to the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement - the peak of the revolutionary movement in the years 1930 - 1931.
