The socio-economic development targets have all been achieved and exceeded the plan; political security is stable; social order and safety are ensured; the economy has grown well; the economic structure has shifted in a positive direction; the national target program on new rural construction has achieved good results, with 12/13 communes meeting new rural standards; socio-economic infrastructure continues to receive investment attention; the total mobilized resources for construction investment in the area reached over 2,200 billion VND, the highest ever, the budget revenue reached 137.5% of the plan.

People's cultural enjoyment has been enhanced, cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities have gone into depth and developed brilliantly, creating solidarity, spreading national strength and spirit; social security has been ensured; people's lives have been significantly improved.
