While traveling on Yen Lenh bridge in Ha Nam province, a truck suddenly caught fire, burning the entire vehicle.
This morning (November 14), the leader of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ha Nam Province Police said that a truck fire had just occurred in the area, causing a truck to be completely burned down.
According to initial information, at around 7:40 a.m. the same day, the truck with license plate 89C 117xx was driven by driver Tran Vu S. (born in 1998, residing in Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province). When the vehicle reached Yen Lenh bridge, in Chuyen Ngoai commune (Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province), in the direction of Ha Nam - Hung Yen, the vehicle suddenly caught fire fiercely.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police mobilized 5 specialized fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to promptly handle the fire.
At the time of the fire, traffic flow across Yen Lenh Bridge was very heavy, so traffic police were mobilized to regulate traffic, divert traffic and reduce congestion.
By 8am the same day, the fire was basically under control. Initially, the police determined that there were no human casualties, however, the truck was completely burned. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the authorities.
