Sun Group starts construction of first social housing project in Ha Nam

Of which, 20% of the floor area is reserved for commercial and service functions, meeting the essential needs of residents of the social housing area. The first social housing building will be built with 9 floors, including 182 apartments and an integrated commercial and service area serving the building.
