In April 2024, the President of the Vietnam Writers Association issued a Decision to establish the Vietnam Writers Association of Binh Thuan province, and at the same time approved the provisional Executive Committee, with writer Nguyen Hiep as Branch Chairman and writer Ho Viet Khue as Vice Chairman.
The Vietnam Writers Association of Binh Thuan Province has 6 members. The members of the Association are also prominent literary figures of Binh Thuan over the years, with many published books, many works appearing in newspapers and magazines, and winning many high awards in competitions organized by the province, region and the Central Government.
Although the Writers' Association has just been established, it is determined that in the 2025-2030 term, there will be many new works of good quality, contributing to the overall development of the province's literature and Vietnamese literature.
At the Congress, members unanimously elected writer Nguyen Hiep to hold the position of Branch Chairman and poet Nguyen Thi Lien Tam to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association of Binh Thuan province for the 2025-2030 term.
