Attending the Congress were comrades: Le Hai Long - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Youth Union's Children's Work Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers; Pham Hong Quang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors and localities.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Mr. Le Kim Thuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council said that the 7th Quang Nam Province Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress is a special event to honor exemplary young pioneers and children in studying, training, in team work and children's movements.

With the goal of "All for beloved juniors", the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Pioneer Council always consider the work of the Pioneers and the children's movement as important content in gathering and organizing Pioneers, contributing to building friendly schools, active students, and improving the quality of education.

To create conditions for students to effectively implement "Uncle Ho's Five Teachings", from 2023 to present, the Provincial Youth Union Council at all levels has organized more than 900 trips to red addresses, attracting more than 305,116 children to participate.

Along with children across the country, Quang Nam children strive to compete to carry out the movements of the Team, typically "Quang Nam children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings", "Thousands of good deeds", "Small plans"...

Responding to the "Small Plan" movement, children across the province have contributed to building and repairing 8 friendship houses with a total cost of over 400 million VND; 14 "Reading Spaces for Children" projects with over 7,000 books worth nearly 1 billion VND; 8,125 good deeds have been carried out by children across the province over the past years...

At the Congress, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Pioneer Council honored 34 outstanding Uncle Ho's Good Children team members at the provincial level. This title is a worthy result of the students' efforts and hard work in studying and training.

Speaking at the congress, authorized by the provincial leaders, Mr. Pham Hong Quang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department praised the achievements of the young pioneers, teenagers and children in recent times.

At the same time, he highly appreciated the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee in the work of caring for and educating children, along with teachers and team leaders who have always been dedicated, guided, and created the best conditions for children to develop comprehensively.

In the coming time, the provincial leaders requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels continue to do a good job in caring for, protecting and educating children; pay attention to investing in facilities, and take better care of children's learning, playing and training, especially children in remote areas and children in especially difficult circumstances.

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union closely coordinates with all levels and sectors to guide and organize movements and activities to care for, protect and educate teenagers and children with appropriate and useful content; to do a good job of training and improving capacity, and to pay more attention to the team of teachers who are Team Leaders.

The children continue to be shining examples in learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings; always striving and practicing to become good children, good students, knowing how to respect and learn from friends who are better than them. At the same time, knowing how to love and share with friends who are in more difficult circumstances than themselves.

At the Congress, the Provincial Youth Union Council presented 4 "Reading Space" projects to schools with a total value of 200 million VND; the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee presented 34 gifts to support 34 disadvantaged children to excel in their studies; the Central Youth Union Council and Kim Dong Publishing House presented many meaningful gifts to Quang Nam children.

At the 7th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress of Quang Nam province, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Pioneer Council selected 7 outstanding team members representing Quang Nam children to attend the 10th National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress, including: Nguyen Le Hoang Gia (Le Van Tam Primary School, Hiep Duc district); Bui Huong Thao Ly (Kim Dong Primary School, Dien Ban town); Mai Nguyen Bao Tran (Ly Tu Trong Secondary School, Tam Ky city); Alang Thi Bao Tuyet (Lang Commune Primary School, Tay Giang district); Ly Thien Tue (Vo Thi Sau Primary School, Nui Thanh district); Trinh Hoang Long (Nguyen Du Secondary School, Bac Tra My district); Vu Gia An, Phu Dong Secondary School, Duy Xuyen district).

Previously, on the afternoon of March 30, the delegation attending the 7th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in Quang Nam province participated in the ceremony to report to Uncle Ho at the Monument of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers.

That same evening, the children participated in the program "Quang Nam Children with the Colors of their Homeland" at Van Thanh - Khong Mieu (Tam Ky City).
