Established on the basis of merging the Reconnaissance Company and the Armored Company, the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company quickly completed its organization, stabilized its staff and went into operation. Major Ninh Viet Chung, the Company Commander, said: Overcoming the difficulties of the newly established unit, the Company has focused on the tasks of training, combat readiness, and building a comprehensively strong unit that is "Exemplary and typical". In which, it focuses on political and ideological education, raising awareness for officers and soldiers about the task of protecting the Fatherland, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in cyberspace, preventing "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization, contributing to building a unit that is strong in politics, ideology and organization, and has high combat power.

In addition, the Company always thoroughly grasps and strictly implements the Command of the superiors; strictly maintains the regime and order of the Command of the Command, the Command, the duty, the patrol to ensure the safety of the prescribed targets, during holidays, Tet, important political events; regularly grasps the situation in all aspects, contributing to maintaining political stability, social order and safety in the stationed area. The unit also proactively develops and practices plans for natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, fire prevention and fighting, and is ready to effectively handle situations when they occur. During storm No. 3 (2024), officers and soldiers of the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company proactively coordinated with local authorities and people to quickly overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 in Nam Dinh city.
In the work of training for combat readiness, the unit always implements the motto "Train well, practice strictly". The unit has invested funds to renew the system of signs, make flags, lighting equipment; renew 40 steles, boards, models, and teaching aids. Along with that, the training methods always focus on practice, night training and in-depth training, in order to improve the combat readiness of the force.

To ensure the quality of training, the Company always organizes the development of scientific training plans, conducts daily and weekly assessments, and promptly adjusts weaknesses. The unit strictly implements flexible training methods, combining theory and practice, in order to best prepare for actual combat situations. In training, 3 viewpoints, 8 principles, 6 combinations are always flexibly applied; each content does a good job of promoting the training ground; points out the strengths and weaknesses in the content, organization and training methods of cadres to gain timely experience. Focus on practical training, night training and specialized training to improve the overall quality, level, and combat readiness ability to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. The unit also fully prepares documents and lesson plans to complete 100% of the training content. The organization participates in training at all levels, 100% of the troops meet the requirements, of which 88.9% are good and excellent; 100% of the training cadres are classified according to the hierarchy; of which 6/6 Company-level cadres and 3/3 Platoon-level cadres are well-trained. Squad leaders, vehicle leaders, and special reconnaissance team leaders are regularly trained, with 100% participating in organizing training and guiding the maintenance of squads and vehicle crews. Participating in the company-level comprehensive drills using air bullets and explosives, the results are: Good in technique, good in tactics, absolute safety. The cadres and soldiers participating in the company-level comprehensive drills have demonstrated good technique and good in tactics, ensuring absolute safety throughout the training process. During the process of participating in competitions and sports events, they achieved high rankings. In particular, the competition for innovative teaching tool models has 1 initiative for a material lifting vehicle that won the provincial B prize; participating in the 2024 Military Region-level Young Propaganda Contest won the Second Prize, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Military Region's Political Commissar; Participated in the 2024 Military Region-level Reconnaissance - Mechanized Reconnaissance Company Leader Competition and won second prize in the all-around category of provinces and cities.

In addition, the Company also pays special attention to medical work, health care for soldiers, ensuring a healthy army. The work of cleaning the barracks, preserving weapons, technical equipment, and means and methods of fire prevention and fighting are strictly implemented, helping to improve the efficiency of work.
