Noble hobby, worthy experience
Mr. Minh Tu, a future resident of the Miyabi subdivision, has just returned from the first day of a horse riding course with his daughter at the Vinpearl Horse Academy Vu Yen (Vinhomes Royal Island). During the lesson, Mr. Tu and his daughter were introduced to basic horse riding techniques as well as learning the rules of horse riding safety under the guidance of a professional coach.
"After several times watching horsemanship demonstrations at the academy, my daughter showed great interest in this sport. This is a good sport for physical development as well as training children's courage, and is also a very effective way to relax, so I immediately signed up for a long-term course for both father and daughter," Mr. Tu shared.
Young residents of Vinhomes Royal Island will grow up in a space that converges world cultures.
Mr. Minh Tu said that he and his wife both love horse riding. When he was studying abroad in the UK, he had the opportunity to attend some short-term horse riding courses there. When he returned and chose to settle down at Vinhomes Royal Island, he was very surprised when the residents of the island city had their own European Royal-style horse academy right in the heart of the project.
"It must be said that the facilities and collection of rare horses here are not inferior to those of long-standing academies in Europe. The courses are designed very professionally and are suitable for the specific characteristics of each age group," said Mr. Minh Tu.
Vinpearl Horse Academy Vu Yen currently gathers more than 100 precious horses, including many rare and expensive horse breeds such as Akhal-Teke (Turkmenistan), Shire (UK), Friesian (Netherlands), Quarter (USA)... In addition, the facilities are invested synchronously and modernly according to international standards including: 300 professional horse care rooms; high-class veterinary hospital and horse health care areas...
The magic show introduces classic equestrian schools of the world.
Since joining the future resident community of Vinhomes Royal Island, Mr. Tu's family has often spent time enjoying magic performances with famous horse riding schools. These include the spirited British-style horse riding, the adventurous Western cowboy-style horse riding, horseback archery, horseback jousting recreating the images of historical heroes or performances with Pony - the cute "friend" of the young residents.
Although they have not officially moved in yet, what makes Mr. Tu's family satisfied are these amenities and a series of workshops and events that are continuously held with different themes for Elite members of the horse academy such as the exhibition "Where the art of hooves is", the workshop "Royal skills" on the art of flower arrangement and exquisite table setting, imbued with European nobility...
"These are all interesting experiences that are hard to find anywhere else. I also want my daughter to have the opportunity to learn, approach and study more deeply about the unique and quintessence of the world's cultures. Later, these will be valuable provisions and skills for her on her integration journey," Mr. Tu shared.
Japanese lifestyle in the heart of "Royal Island City"
In addition to the privilege of horse riding, exploring European culture and royal traditions, Mr. Tu's family's life when moving to The Miyabi subdivision at Vinhomes Royal Island also has special colors thanks to the Asian-style living ecosystem.
The Miyabi is a closed subdivision, considered a "Japanese standard" living space, providing maximum privacy for the owner to enjoy the tranquility and high-class utility services in the style of "quiet luxury". Possessing a beautiful location in the heart of the "Royal Island City", this place has absolute harmony with nature with green parks, Japanese theme parks such as Zen Park, Ikigai Park... promising to help the owner relax his soul and enjoy the delicious art with the rich cultural colors of the Land of the Rising Sun right in daily life.
The Miyabi was designed by architect Kengo Kuma and the KKAA team from Japan with "tailor-made" materials close to nature and optimal design for the homeowner.
After a horse riding session that stimulates all senses, when returning home, The Miyabi homeowners can relax in the cool blue water and the resort-like white sand right behind their home, thanks to the villa model that leads the seawater to the back of the house. The private beach space behind each villa stretches from 4-7m, with a resting hut and lounge chairs, and will be the ideal place for residents to organize luxurious, private beach parties right at home.
The Miyabi owns a land with many fan-shaped houses, making the most of the allowed construction density.
"Vinhomes Royal Island is designed to bring elite residents a classy lifestyle with a series of luxurious and worthy privileges. In particular, the Japanese-style subdivision The Miyabi is an attractive name as the starting point for a quiet luxury living trend with unique villas, affirming the personality and unique mark of each elite owner," the investor representative emphasized.
