(Dan Tri) - The Japanese-style subdivision complex at Vinhomes Royal Island Vu Yen, including The Miyabi and The Komorebi, attracts the upper class with its "bespoke" architectural style - personalizing living space with a series of high-end amenities.

Homes designed specifically for the owner

As one of the first people to decide to buy The Miyabi villa when it was first opened for sale, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong ( Hai Phong City ) shared that the reason was because of her love for the culture and unique architecture of Japanese-style houses.

"In Japan, people value living space and quality of life, open natural landscapes and cherishing each individual's emotions. The architecture of the house was designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, making me feel that this is a house that is more beautiful than I could imagine," Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong shared during the first handover of The Miyabi villa at the end of November.

Designed by architect Kengo Kuma and developed by Vinhomes and Japan's leading real estate group Nomura, The Miyabi has satisfied many customers from the drawing board to real life.

The Miyabi has 427 completed villas. These villas are a combination of traditional Japanese architecture and bespoke trends, honoring the style and personality of the owner.

Bespoke trends combined with Japanese architecture have created an impressive living space at The Miyabi (Photo: Vinhomes Royal Island).

To create the villas at The Miyabi, architect Kengo Kuma used optimal designs for the homeowner, such as the waterproof Kawara roof. The sophistication is expressed through two different types of traditional Shoji doors, diversifying the architecture of each villa as well as the entire The Miyabi subdivision.

The villas are also designed with gates, low fences in front and a "backward" land position, opening up to a blue sea space behind the house of up to 70 square meters. The overall design creates a unique open space but still maintains privacy thanks to the customizable ventilation system.

Living space crystallized from the quintessence of Japan

Along with The Miyabi, architect Kengo Kuma also brought Japanese style to The Komorebi subdivision in the "island city" Vinhomes Royal Island. Also inspired by the traditional Machiya house model, with The Komorebi, Kengo Kuma adjusted the wooden slat system, window size, porch... to suit the strong sunny and rainy climate conditions of Vietnam.

Stepping out of each house, residents of The Miyabi and The Komorebi will enjoy a fresh living space created from diverse green areas and a chain of Japanese-standard amenities.

Among them, Japanese theme parks such as Zen Park with an area of 7.5 hectares, Ikigai Park with an area of nearly 2 hectares and Youth Garden with an area of 8,000 square meters... possess full facilities for entertainment, health training, and relaxation for all family members. Ikigai Wellness Center with the highlight of Onsen hot spring service will bring health care privileges to residents.

In addition, residents also own a collection of high-end utilities that have been put into operation such as Vinpearl Horse Academy Vu Yen, walking street - Vu Yen park... and a series of utilities that are about to be completed such as Royal Marina marina, Vincom Mega Mall shopping center... Along with that is a series of utilities for living - studying - health care - 24/7 security that are met thanks to the all-in-one model (all in one) typical of Vinhomes urban areas.
