1. Contest name:
“Customers with solutions to use electricity economically and efficiently”
2. Contest participants:
• All customers using household electricity have signed electricity purchase contracts (according to 6 steps) directly with Electricity Companies in 21 provinces and cities in the Southern region from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau (excluding Ho Chi Minh City) from before March 2022 to present.
• Members of the Organizing Committee (OC), the Jury (BGK) and all employees of the Southern Power Corporation are not allowed to participate in this contest.
3. Contest entry form:
• All contest information is sent to customers via channels: App, Zalo, Mail and EVNSPC Customer Service Web.
• Customers just need to log in to the contest "Customers with solutions for saving and using electricity efficiently" to participate in the following 2 steps:
• Step 1: Customers go to the "Reference Documents and Contest Information" section: (i) Solutions for saving electricity in daily life; (ii) Contest Rules; (iii) Instructions for participating in the Contest. After viewing the content, click on "Understood".
• Step 2: Join the contest
Customers go to “Join the contest” to do the following: (i) “Enter customer code”, (ii) “Phone number”, (ii) Choose the answer to 10 multiple choice questions about saving electricity and 01 additional question predicting the number of contest participants (This question is only used when there are cases with equal selection criteria). After choosing the answer to all 10 questions, customers click on “Completed” to finish and save the results. Each “Customer code” can participate in a maximum of 05 contests, but the Organizing Committee will only take the result of the last round to put into the selection list.

4. Selection criteria and awards:
Selection criteria:
Each Power Company will select 25 customers who have signed direct electricity purchase contracts in the management area (from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau, excluding Ho Chi Minh City) to participate in the contest and meet the criteria for the awards:
• Criterion 1: Customers choose the correct answer to all 10 questions in step 2;
• Criterion 2: Select 25 customers who satisfy "Criterion 1" and have "Electricity consumption rate" of April, May, June 2023 compared with April, May, June 2022 with the rate of electricity savings decreasing in order of priority from high to low (Do not select cases where customers have a reduction rate of April, May, June 2023 lower than April, May, June 2022 by more than 50%).
Prize:
After selecting 25 customers who meet the criteria according to the "Customers with solutions for economical and efficient electricity use" in each province, the Electricity Company coordinates with the Customer Service Center to notify and send invitations to customers via App, Zalo, Mail or text message to invite customers to participate in the lucky draw with the following prize structure and bonus amount:
• 01 First Prize: Prize amount of 4,000,000 VND;
• 02 Second Prizes: Prize money of 3,000,000 VND;
• 03 Third Prizes: Prize money of 2,000,000 VND;
• 19 Consolation Prizes: Prize money of 700,000 VND.
5. Contest duration:
The contest "Customers with solutions for saving and efficient electricity use" via App, Zalo, Mail, EVNSPC Customer Service Web with 525 Prizes, with a total value of over 615,000,000 VND, takes place from June 20, 2023 to July 20, 2023.
6. The Competition Jury in each province (PC) includes:
- Representative of the Electricity Company;
- Representative of Department of Industry and Trade;
- Representative of the Department of Information and Communications or local press agency.
7. Rights and obligations of the parties:
• The Organizing Committee has the right to exchange, interview, record and use images of winning customers for the purpose of communication, propaganda, promotion of electricity saving solutions and posting on mass media (not for commercial purposes);
• All customers who purchase electricity directly from the Electricity Company in districts, cities, and towns in each province/city in the 21 southern provinces/cities (from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau, excluding Ho Chi Minh City) are eligible to participate in the contest; customers who meet the selection criteria into the group of 25 customers will be invited to directly participate in the lucky draw organized by the Electricity Company.
