The water fern is a wild grass and vegetable that grows well on the edges of fields and grows very quickly on acid sulfate soil.

Mr. Thang said: Rau cu neo is very easy to grow, and the seedlings do not cost money. Rau nuo seedlings are mainly collected by him from collecting wild rau nuo plants to plant.

After a month and a half of care, Mr. Vo Van Thang's family began harvesting this vegetable with a funny name.

Every day, Mr. Vo Van Thang picks 15 kg of this special wild vegetable. The price of the vegetable is 10,000 VND/kg, and traders come to his house to buy it. Every day, traders come to Mr. Thang's house to buy the vegetable.

By selling nù nèo vegetables, Mr. Thang earns 150,000 VND/day. With 2,000m2 of growing nù nèo plants, his family earns about 45,000,000 VND/year.

Thus, with only 2 hectares of land growing watercress, after deducting expenses, he still has a profit of about 39,000,000 VND.

Eating watercress has the effect of reducing fever, anti-inflammatory, laxative, diuretic, anti-inflammatory. Folk experience often uses watercress to treat urinary tract infections, male spermatorrhea, nocturnal emission, and white vaginal discharge in women.
