At the ceremony, the first 180 pink books were handed over to residents of The EastGate. Currently, Kim Oanh Group is also urgently completing legal procedures to issue books for all remaining apartments and hand them over to all residents as soon as possible.

“With all our passion for the project as well as our responsibility to our customers, we have made every effort to ensure that the project can be completed on schedule. The EastGate was completed at the end of 2021 and began welcoming its first residents in January 2022. Up to now, nearly 100% of the apartments have residents living there,” Ms. Oanh shared.
