On March 9, Kim Oanh Group held a signing ceremony and started construction of K-Home New City Social Housing Urban Area in Binh Duong New City. With a scale of up to 26.69 hectares, K-Home New City is built according to the model of the first Singapore-standard social housing urban area in Vietnam.

The project is invested by Kim Oanh Land Company, a member of Kim Oanh Group. Also at the groundbreaking ceremony, Kim Oanh Land signed a cooperation agreement with 5 construction contractors including Saigon Construction Joint Stock Company (COSACO), HANDONG Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company, TLT Investment Group Joint Stock Company, Nhon Thanh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company and An Phuoc Binh Duong Construction Joint Stock Company.

Cooperating with 4 companies providing construction materials and interior decoration including An Cuong Wood Joint Stock Company, Poli-FSL Company (China), Varmora Granito Company Limited (India) and Hao Canh Porcelain Production and Trading Company Limited - leading suppliers of construction materials and interior decoration solutions in Vietnam and abroad.
