"Witnessing many heartbreaking situations such as children losing their future due to breaking the law, losing loved ones due to COVID-19, living in natural disasters, not being able to go to school due to hardship or parents suddenly passing away... The Tu Tam Startup Fund is even more determined on this journey.

The project initially encountered difficulties when the children had just suffered a major incident and lived in an environment lacking understanding. But over the years, the joy and positive changes have been evident on the faces of the children and their caregivers, bringing great motivation to us." - Director of the Tu Tam Startup Fund said.

Here, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education Ta Van Ha expressed his emotion and joy when attending the program. He emphasized that children account for 26% of the population, with 2 million children living in difficult circumstances. Vietnam is proud to be the first country in Asia and the second in the world to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, demonstrating the special attention of the Party and State to the young generation.

Since participating in the project, the two children have gradually opened up, made friends, played, and thanks to that, the pain has been somewhat alleviated. The project also supported the family to overcome difficulties, cover living expenses, and help the two children continue to go to school. I am extremely grateful" - Ms. Thi expressed.
