On behalf of the Party Committee, the government and the people of all ethnic groups in Gia Lai province, Standing Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat respectfully thanked Mr. Nhem Som Ouern for the warm welcome and solidarity and wished Mr. Nhem Som Ouern, the government and the people of Ratanakiri province a healthy and successful new year. Wishing the relationship between the two countries in general and between Ratanakiri province and Gia Lai province in particular to be forever green and sustainable.
At the same time, he affirmed that: In recent times, the traditional friendly neighborly relationship between Gia Lai and Ratanakiri provinces has been continuously consolidated, enhanced and developed. Along with that, the functional forces of the two provinces have coordinated to maintain the peaceful and stable Vietnam-Cambodia border.

In particular, the Party Committee and People of Gia Lai province sincerely thank the love, care, and enthusiastic and valuable support of the government and people of Ratanakiri province in searching for, gathering, and repatriating the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died during the war in Cambodia.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council also hopes that the government and people of Ratanakiri province will continue to help and create favorable conditions for Team K52 (Gia Lai Provincial Military Command) to search for, collect and repatriate the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died during the war. At the same time, continue to create favorable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises and overseas Vietnamese to promote production and business development, contributing to the overall development of Cambodia.

Expressing his gratitude to the Party Committee, government and people of Gia Lai province for their good feelings towards the government and people of Ratanakiri province, Governor Nhem Som Ouern once again affirmed the solidarity, friendship and strong relationship that has been nurtured by the two provinces for generations.
Mr. Nhem Som Ouern affirmed: During the war years, with a pure and noble international spirit, the Vietnam People's Army helped the Cambodian people escape the Pol Pot genocide and helped our country revive and develop as it is today. Therefore, we will continue to coordinate and effectively support Team K52 in the work of searching for and collecting the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died during the war in the province.

In addition, the Governor of Ratanakiri province also informed: Currently, there are many investors from Gia Lai and Vietnam investing in the province. They mainly focus on investing in the agricultural sector, such as rubber plantation and livestock farming with 13 enterprises. The provincial government is also very active in supporting and removing difficulties and obstacles to create the best conditions for businesses to invest in Ratanakiri province.
“We continue to improve the investment environment to attract more investors, including Gia Lai enterprises. We also hope that the Gia Lai provincial government will inform and encourage local enterprises interested in the fields of agriculture and livestock to come and explore investment opportunities,” Mr. Nhem Som Ouern said.
On this occasion, the leaders of Gia Lai and Ratanakiri provinces presented meaningful gifts to further enhance the solidarity and friendship between the two provinces as well as between the two countries of Vietnam and Cambodia, forever green and everlasting.

Previously, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat and the provincial delegation visited, presented gifts and wished a Happy New Year to officers and soldiers of Team K52 who are working on the task of searching for and collecting the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died during the war in Ratanakiri province.
Visiting and presenting gifts to the Khmer-Vietnam Association in Ratanakiri province, Standing Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat visited and encouraged overseas Vietnamese to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, mutual support, mutual assistance, together overcoming difficulties and improving their lives.

At the same time, he hoped that overseas Vietnamese would continue to preserve and promote the cultural values of the Vietnamese people as well as strictly comply with the policies and laws of the host country.
