Thanh Hoa Electricity Company thanks 110kV customers

Not only closely coordinating with the electricity industry in providing electricity for production and business development, 110kV customers in Thanh Hoa province also actively participate in the load adjustment program (DR), contributing to reducing capacity during peak hours, reducing grid overload, and accompanying the electricity industry to ensure national energy security.

As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam Electricity Industry's traditional day and "Customer Gratitude Month" in 2024, on December 26, 2024, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company organized a visit and gave gifts to thank 110kV customers in the province.

Mr. Nghiem Dinh Son, Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company shared information about the electricity industry, the electricity supply situation and expressed deep gratitude to customers who have accompanied the electricity industry to effectively participate in the load adjustment program.

Thanh Hoa Electricity Company also listened to the sharing and suggestions and recommendations of customers to make cooperation more effective and sustainable.

The “Customer Appreciation Month” program is one of the activities that shows the gratitude of the electricity industry to electricity customers through business activities, customer services and social security activities. At the same time, the program also creates connection, bringing practical effects to electricity customers and the community through direct support and assistance for people, businesses and customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively.

With the theme "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively", "Customer Appreciation Month" in 2024, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company focuses on ensuring safe and stable electricity supply and improving customer service quality; organizing customer conferences to listen to customers' feedback, answer questions, and provide advice on safe, economical and effective electricity use. Along with gratitude activities, giving gifts to industrial production customers, large electricity consumers have actively participated, coordinated with affiliated electricity units to implement load adjustment (DR) for non-commercial electricity, shifting production hours to off-peak hours... in 2024, especially during the hot months that cause electricity consumption to increase dramatically.

In Thanh Hoa, there are 209 110kV customers. These are all customers who have a great influence on the efficiency of the power system in the province. The good news is that all of the above customers have accompanied, closely and effectively coordinated with Thanh Hoa Electricity Company to participate in the load adjustment program. Enterprises such as: Long Son Company Limited, VAS Nghi Son Joint Stock Company, Dai Duong Cement Joint Stock Company, Nghi Son Cement Company... are customers who have cooperated with the electricity industry for many years to effectively implement the load adjustment program.

Visiting customers, representatives of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company shared information about investment and upgrading of the power system; electricity supply situation... Especially, they expressed their deep gratitude to customers who have accompanied the electricity industry as well as Thanh Hoa Electricity Company in participating in the load adjustment program, contributing to the stable operation of the power system, ensuring national energy security. At the same time, they expressed their hope that customers will continue to trust, care and accompany the electricity industry in joining hands to use electricity safely, economically and effectively.
