In the 2017-2023 term, identifying the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 6th Congress of the Provincial Social Policy Bank's Grassroots Trade Union, under the direction of the Provincial Social Policy Bank's Grassroots Trade Union, the Provincial Social Policy Bank's Party Committee, together with the solidarity and determination of union members and workers in the entire branch, the activities of the Provincial Social Policy Bank's Grassroots Trade Union in the past term have achieved positive results.

With efforts and creativity in implementing assigned targets and tasks, over the past 5 years, the Provincial Social Policy Bank has disbursed loans with 22 credit programs, with total loan turnover during the term reaching 6,550 billion VND, with an average annual loan of 1,310 billion VND. Debt collection turnover is 4,914 billion VND, with an average annual debt collection of 982.8 billion VND. Annual credit quality is always maintained stably at a rate of 0.1% of total outstanding debt. The annual interest collection rate is over 98% of total interest receivable. Outstanding debt as of April 19, 2023 is 4,590 billion VND, an increase of nearly 1,729 billion VND (+60%) compared to the end of 2017 with 105,978 outstanding customers.

This policy credit capital has been invested in production development, creating livelihoods, jobs and meeting essential needs in the lives of the poor and other policy beneficiaries in the province; helping 43,659 households escape poverty; 220,448 households have improved their lives and created jobs for 304,773 workers,... actively and effectively contributing to the program of the whole country joining hands to build new rural areas in the province.

In addition to professional activities, the Union has paid attention to and directed the implementation of annual emulation movements, such as: good workers, safe workers; bank officers practice ethics, practice their profession, and be creative; the whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind; join hands to build new rural areas; excellently implement thematic targets; be good at banking, take care of housework; creative workers; implement the policy of lending to pay for unemployment benefits, pay for production recovery according to Resolution 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2020 and Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2021 of the Government; Emulation movements to effectively organize and implement preferential credit programs according to Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP of the Government.

Caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers is always a top priority and creating all conditions for staff to feel secure in their work and committed to each assigned task.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2023-2028 term, with the slogan of action: "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", focusing on quality, practicality and efficiency, the Provincial Social Policy Bank's grassroots trade union continues to innovate the content and methods of operation of trade unions at all levels in the Provincial Social Policy Bank's branches; focusing on the grassroots, improving the capacity to participate in management, taking care of life, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; building a trade union organization and a team of cadres and workers to develop in quantity and quality, promoting professional ethics, building the image of a Social Policy Bank cadre with good ethics and good skills, contributing to the successful implementation of the national target program "sustainable poverty reduction", job creation, social security and socio-economic development in the locality.

The Congress elected the 7th Executive Committee of the Provincial Social Policy Bank's Grassroots Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of 11 comrades, and elected delegates to attend the 5th Congress of the Higher-level Trade Union of the Social Policy Bank for the 2023-2028 term. At the same time, comrade Nguyen Van Hai - Deputy Director of the branch was appointed as the convener to organize the election of the positions of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term.
