This is also an important basis for the province to prepare documents for the 16th Son La Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; an opportunity to provide and supplement, especially lessons learned, methods to solve theoretical and practical issues to serve the preparation of documents for the 14th National Party Congress. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that Son La province should focus on and promote intelligence, provide objective information on the context of implementing the Resolution in the context of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic; clearly state specific difficulties, shortcomings, and problems to see which issues need to be focused on solving during the implementation process. In the implementation results, Son La province needs to comprehensively assess the fields of Party building, personnel work, economy-culture-society, science and technology, and foreign affairs. Highlighting the relationship between the dissemination, deployment and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress with the implementation of the Resolution of the 15th National Party Congress of Son La Province and the action programs, thematic resolutions and implementation projects in Son La.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to fully absorb the instructions of the Head of the Delegation and the Inspection Team; focus on coordinating and creating favorable conditions for the Inspection Team to achieve the best results during the inspection in the province. Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh also reported to the Inspection Team on the preparation of documents, files and conditions for the Inspection Team to work according to plan; the progress of preparations for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Son La province has directed 6 inspected party organizations, namely the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; the Standing Committee of the Son La City Party Committee, the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees of Moc Chau, Thuan Chau, and Phu Yen districts to prepare reports and documents as required by the Inspection Team. Up to now, the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee has completed and has report No. 691-BC/TU dated September 20, 2024 on the results of leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and fully prepared accompanying documents and materials; The 6 inspected party organizations have also carefully prepared reports and documents to send to the Inspection Team for study.
