They are still national flags, but the feeling of solemnity and dignity is somewhat reduced.
Hanging the national flag is a demonstration of patriotism and national pride of every Vietnamese person. Therefore, choosing a location to hang the flag seems simple, but it is extremely important and cannot be done arbitrarily. Instead of placing flags wherever they are convenient, before planting and hanging the flag, it is necessary to ensure aesthetics. Many neighborhoods in Thanh Hoa City have created uniform flag lines. That is very welcome, but it is more necessary that after a certain period of time, the streets organize to reorganize the flagpole and the flag position in front of each house, reminding families to plant the flag according to regulations. Do not be afraid of small things that are not worth doing and ignore them.

To have beautiful flag lines to welcome spring, celebrate the Party, and create an exciting atmosphere in residential areas, first of all, each family must be truly aware of the meaning and value of hanging the national flag.
