Tien said that when he was a second-year student, he was accepted as an intern at Timo Bank. After 2 years of hard work, from the intern position, Tien has officially become a growth specialist at this bank.

Sharing the secret to becoming an official employee after the internship, Tien said: "First, students should clearly determine whether the company has a recruitment need or not. If so, they should take advantage of the opportunity to demonstrate a good working attitude. Almost every business loves employees who create valuable products and bring high profits. According to Tien, during the internship, students must try to work and expand their network of relationships within the company and elsewhere. Regarding job opportunities after the internship, Ms. Truc Phuong emphasized that the working attitude during the internship is one of the decisive factors.
