In Vietnam in recent years, the trend of using bicycles for sports and as a means of transportation has increased rapidly. In addition, businesses - bicycle rental and trading establishments have also flourished, creating a vibrant competitive market.

According to Statista - a German market research company, revenue from the bicycle segment in Vietnam is estimated to reach 295.8 million USD in 2023, with an expected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.88% in the period 2023 - 2027, so revenue could reach 371.8 million USD with 2.49 million bicycles sold in 2027.

Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, electric motorbike sales in Vietnam have increased by about 30-35%, making Vietnam the largest electric motorbike market (E2W) in Southeast Asia and the second largest in the world, after China. At the same time, environmental issues and fluctuations in gasoline prices are also factors affecting consumers' demand for electric vehicles, which is expected to increase sharply in the near future.
