This afternoon, July 9, the Department of Information and Communications of Quang Tri province organized a presentation with the theme "Quang Tri: Digital transformation to transform and reach out to the world". This content was presented by the speaker - Professor Ha Ton Vinh, Director of the Leadership Training Program at California Miramar University (USA), Chairman and General Director of Stellar Management Education, Training and Management Consulting Group. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam attended the program.

Professor Ha Ton Vinh has over 30 years of experience working in the Asia Pacific, Europe and West Africa in the fields of engineering and management, including building business development strategies, project management, investment consulting in strategic economic alliances. The professor has participated in many large projects in over 20 countries and territories, especially in the United States, Belgium, China, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Egypt, Vietnam, Mongolia and many countries in West Africa.

Sharing at the program, Professor Ha Ton Vinh provided basic knowledge about the following contents: The world with 3 information revolutions including computers, internet and digital transformation; Vietnam and the need for digital transformation; Quang Tri digitally transforms to transform and reach out to the world - Tourism is the locomotive?
