On the afternoon of November 12, concluding the question and answer session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that after 2 days of serious work and high responsibility, with the spirit of innovation, accompanying the Government, agencies and organizations in the entire political system, determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, striving to achieve the highest socio-economic development goals in 2025 and the following years, the National Assembly has completed the entire question and answer session program at the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly on 3 groups of issues under the main responsibility of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Minister of Health, and the Minister of Information and Communications.

Direct, effective form of supreme supervision

At the question and answer session, 136 delegates questioned, 18 delegates debated, and 80 delegates registered but were not questioned. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, on behalf of the Government, reported, explained, and clarified issues under the Government's management responsibility and directly answered issues raised by National Assembly delegates.

Also participating in the question-and-answer session were: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc; Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long; Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang; Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien.

The National Assembly Chairman emphasized that the question-and-answer session at the meeting showed that the question-and-answer contents met practical requirements, were "correct" and "hit" the issues of concern to voters, people nationwide and National Assembly deputies; continuing to affirm that this is a direct and effective form of supreme supervision of the National Assembly.

Through practical activities, National Assembly deputies have grasped the situation, carefully studied reports, raised issues, and debated briefly and clearly, with specific questions such as: what is the viewpoint - when will it be implemented - when will it be completed - why is it slow - what is the solution - where is the responsibility.

The content of the basic questions is within the scope of the interpellation and many delegates have been questioned. National Assembly delegates have frankly raised many issues with the hope that the Government, ministries and branches will continue to have more timely and effective solutions.

The National Assembly Chairman said that the Ministers and Heads of sectors have shown high responsibility, firmly grasped the functions, tasks and current situation of the sectors and fields under their charge, clearly answered many difficult and complicated issues, frankly, without avoidance, and clarified many issues raised by National Assembly deputies, while proposing many solutions to overcome limitations in the coming time.

"There is a common point that the Government members mentioned many times in this question-and-answer session: Sincerely thank - seriously accept - take personal responsibility - will pay attention, determined to implement - and earnestly hope that agencies and localities will strongly participate with the Government, ministries and branches. I say this to show that: Ministers and heads of branches always show seriousness, openness, and efforts in performing their assigned duties," the National Assembly Chairman emphasized.

Strong commitment in leadership, management and administration

The specific contents were concluded in 3 question-and-answer sessions for each field. Based on the questions of National Assembly deputies and the responses of Government members and heads of sectors, the National Assembly Standing Committee will direct relevant agencies to prepare a draft resolution to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the closing session of this Session.
