Following the reflection of Giao Thong Newspaper, Tien Du District People's Committee, Bac Ninh has directed to erect concrete pillars, blocking vehicles from entering and leaving the mixing station; at the same time, issued an "ultimatum", requesting to dismantle the illegal concrete mixing station.
Speaking with Giao thong Newspaper reporters, the leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tien Du district said that the Tien Du District People's Committee has directed the Canh Hung Commune People's Committee to build concrete pillars to block the road, resolutely not allowing vehicles transporting materials in both directions to and from An Phuc Concrete Mixing Station.
In addition, the People's Committee of Tien Du district also issued an "ultimatum" clearly affirming its disagreement with allowing the operation of the illegal concrete mixing station above, requiring the enterprise to dismantle and relocate the mixing station from its installation location in Canh Hung commune.
In case the enterprise deliberately delays and does not comply with the above policy, Tien Du District People's Committee will propose Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to enforce relocation according to its authority.

The leader of Tien Du District Police also said that currently all activities of An Phuc Concrete Mixing Station are being closely monitored and supervised by Tien Du District Police, ensuring strict compliance with the direction of Tien Du District People's Committee and current regulations.
Speaking to Giao Thong Newspaper reporters over the phone, a representative of An Phuc Concrete Mixing Station confirmed that the authorities had erected concrete pillars, blocking vehicles from entering and leaving the station, and said that the station is currently still suspended under the direction of local authorities.
Regarding the forgery of the document approving the operation of the competent state management agency, this person admitted the above act and said that the document was photocopied by the company's employees, overwriting the fake content on the original document to use in the capacity profile, to persuade customers and partners to sign concrete supply contracts.
After erecting the concrete column, the vehicles serving An Phuc Concrete Mixing Station were forced to stop operating.
Previously, on October 12 and 16, Giao thong Newspaper published articles: "After completing the bridge construction project, the concrete mixing station operates illegally", "The case of the illegal mixing station in Bac Ninh: Who forged the approval document?" reflecting that after temporarily building to serve the construction of Kinh Duong Vuong bridge, Bac Ninh Production, Trade and Investment Company Limited arbitrarily maintained the operation of An Phuc Concrete Mixing Station and illegal inland waterway wharf in Canh Hung commune, Tien Du, Bac Ninh.
In addition, the enterprise also provided documents with fake content about being permitted to operate by competent authorities.
After the above reflection, Tien Du District People's Committee directed to inspect and handle according to regulations.
