Tree falls on bus during heavy rain in Hanoi

Information from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team (PCCC&CNCH, Hai Ba Trung District Police) said that the unit promptly mobilized officers and soldiers to rescue a bus that was hit by a fallen tree.

At 11:15 a.m. on August 5, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Hai Ba Trung District Police received a report of a fallen tree hitting a bus at the intersection of YecXanh - Dong Mac streets (Hai Ba Trung District).

The unit dispatched a rescue vehicle along with officers and soldiers to the scene. At the scene, a large tree was uprooted and fell across the bus, causing the roof to be dented and the windows to break.

Fire Police and Rescue Force coordinated with Hanoi Green Tree Company to clean up the scene.

By 1 p.m. the same day, the rescue work was completed, and the Hai Ba Trung District Police Fire Prevention and Rescue Team handed over the scene to Hanoi Green Parks and Trees Company Limited to continue cleaning up the scene. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
