The Guidebook for the 2025 Hanoi National University Competency Assessment Test was officially released on February 13. Candidates can refer to it on the website and online sales channels of Hanoi National University Publishing House or 2 direct locations: Hanoi National University Publishing House (16 Hang Chuoi, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi) and VNU Book Store (144 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi).

The Competency Assessment Test is an independent test organized by Hanoi National University, built on international standards to measure students' core competencies according to the 2018 General Education Program.
