The 10th Swallow-tail Boat Racing Festival and Championship

The traditional Swallow-tail Boat Racing Festival of the White Thai people in Muong Lay was successfully restored by the local government and held for the first time in 2015. Since then, the festival has been held at the beginning of the year and has become a spring meeting place for local people as well as in the region.
