At the ceremony, Ben Tre province honored and awarded the title of “Outstanding Dong Khoi Citizen” and “Honorary Dong Khoi Citizen” for the fourth time - 2025 to 8 individuals (3 “Outstanding Dong Khoi Citizens” and 5 “Honorary Dong Khoi Citizens”). The title is awarded to individuals with outstanding achievements in the “New Dong Khoi” emulation movement, with positive contributions to the cause of construction, protection and development of the province in all fields.
