Fixed intra-provincial routes will depart from Tam Ky to Nam Giang, Phuoc Son, Nong Son, Nam Tra My, Tien Phuoc, Bac Tra My.
Director of Tam Ky City Transport and General Business Cooperative - Mr. Bui Van Loi said that the company still maintains the operation of 2 intra-provincial bus routes including Tam Ky - Bac Tra My with 14 buses, Tam Ky - Nui Thanh with 5 buses. In addition, the unit has also registered with the Department of Transport a total of 3 buses to increase passenger transportation when an incident occurs.
“We have thoroughly informed drivers and bus attendants to prepare all tickets for all routes and not to charge fares higher than those registered with the competent management agency. The traffic safety department uses journey monitoring devices and cameras to promptly remind, correct, and handle drivers who violate the law,” Mr. Loi shared.
According to the regulations of the Department of Transport, the passenger transport campaign for Tet this year will start from January 20 to February 17, 2025 (ie December 21, Giap Thin year to January 20, At Ty year). Following the direction of the industry, Dai Loc bus station will decorate and post fares for inter-provincial routes at the ticket counter, list of seated and sleeper buses, mainly focusing on routes from Dai Loc to Ho Chi Minh City. The bus station management is ready to coordinate with the authorities to handle vehicles that violate the contract of selling tickets in violation of regulations, and do not comply with the direction of the steering committee.

According to a representative of Phuong Trang Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company, the operator of two non-subsidized bus routes including LK02 (Hoi An - Da Nang) and LK21 (Tam Ky - Da Nang) passing through Quang Nam, on December 29, the opening time of LK02 route remains unchanged, the closing time of the route is at 9:30 a.m. (usually closes at 6 p.m. on weekdays).
Also on December 29, the opening time of route LK21 remains unchanged, the closing time is at 11:00 (normally 17:30). The business will temporarily stop operating on the first day of Tet. From the second to the fifth day of Tet, buses LK02 and LK21 will open at 7:00 and close at 15:00. The two above bus routes will resume normal operation on the sixth day of Tet according to the operating targets and schedule approved by the competent authorities.
Regarding passenger transport by rail, Mr. Vuong Minh Tan - Head of Tam Ky Station said that the station has been implementing a schedule for Tet to serve the peak period from 0:00 on January 15 to 0:00 on February 17, 2025 (ie December 16, Giap Thin year to January 20, At Ty year). At Tam Ky station, train SK1 will run on the 4th day of Tet (February 1, 2025) to Ho Chi Minh City. Up to now, this train with a capacity of 500 passengers has been sold out.
