Clouds and cold rain are still the main weather patterns in the North on February 5. Hanoi and the northeastern provinces continue to have drizzle and cold winds. The highlands are still struggling to cope with severe cold.

However, a little good news is that in the Northwest, the clouds will lessen in the afternoon and the sun will shine. The temperature in the afternoon and evening will increase slightly compared to yesterday, but it will still be cold in general.

From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue, cold rains still persist, however the intensity of the rain has decreased compared to February 4. In the South Central region, from Da Nang to Binh Thuan, showers appear in some places, but in general the weather is more pleasant than in the North.

The bright yellow sunshine continues to cover the entire South, bringing dry and warm air. The Central Highlands also enjoys full sunshine after the night showers.

In Hanoi, the capital, it is cold and rainy, with northeast winds of level 2-3 making the cold even more bitter. The highest temperature only fluctuates between 18-20 degrees Celsius. People going out should wear warm clothes to protect their health.
