Newspaper 163 (China) has revealed shocking facts showing the unprofessionalism of Wuhan Three Towns. Accordingly, some players of this club were discovered skipping practice and going to a bar in Vietnam right before the loss to Hanoi FC.

A Chinese newspaper reported: "Wuhan Three Towns players did not practice but went to a bar before the match with Hanoi FC." The newspaper quoted Mr. Zhang Chi, president of the Wuhan Three Towns fan club.

Mr. Zhang Chi shared: "A few players suddenly disappeared early in the training session before the match with Hanoi FC. Later, I met them sitting on a street with many famous beer bars in Vietnam. During the match, one player in that group was substituted after the first half.

I don't understand whether these players came to Vietnam to compete or to travel. The last match against Wuhan Three Towns was disappointing. Every time I think about the players' promise to fight with all their might, I feel uncomfortable."

According to Sohu, the Wuhan Three Towns members who appeared at the bar included the assistant coach and several players. Among them, the two players specifically named were Liu Yiming and Deng Hangwen.

Deng Hangwen was arranged by the head coach to start from the beginning and was then replaced by Liu Yiming. Both players played poorly on the field, leaving no impression.

In addition to criticizing the players who went to bars, the Chinese press also condemned Wei Shihao’s actions. The striker kicked Xuan Manh in the face and was disqualified by the referee. Chinese fans called for a boycott and demanded that Wei Shihao be expelled from the Chinese team.
