In the North East Sea, strong winds level 8-11, near the storm center level 12-14, gusts level 17, waves 4.0-6.0m high, near the center 6.0-8.0m; rough seas.
Ships operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
Sharing with the press, the hydrometeorological forecaster said: The South and the whole country will be sunny today because the cold air in the north has weakened. Meanwhile, the easterly wind disturbance in the high altitude is also weak; and storm No. 7 is quite far from the mainland, has absorbed all the storm clouds in the East Sea and the storm center. However, the storm circulation is not large so it has not affected the mainland of our country.
Currently, the cold air is weakening, but by November 11, the cold air will continue to strengthen, pushing the storm's path southward. Also, because of the strengthening cold air, the storm's strength will weaken to level 10 with gusts of level 12. By the night of November 11 and the early morning of November 12, the storm may weaken into a tropical depression and dissipate at sea. However, due to the storm's circulation, the Central region will have moderate to heavy rain.
