Signing investment contract for project using land for social housing project in Thanh Hai resettlement area

On the afternoon of March 26, the Department of Construction coordinated with Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Consulting-Trading-Service Joint Stock Company and Sao Bien Real Estate Company Limited to organize the signing ceremony of the investment contract for the project using land for the social housing project at Thanh Hai resettlement area, Thanh Hai commune, (Phan Rang-Thap Cham city). Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

The social housing project in Thanh Hai resettlement area has an area of ​​19,151.33 m2; construction floor area of ​​about 126,911 m2, 15 floors high; social housing population of about 4,620 people and commercial housing of about 788 people; investment scale of social housing 1,155 units and commercial housing 197 units. The total investment capital of the project is expected to be over 1,136 billion VND. The project implementation period is 889 days from the date of signing the project contract.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In recent times, the development and investment in the construction of social housing has always received special attention from the Party, the State, the Government, the Prime Minister and ministries and branches with many policies, focusing on prioritizing resources for implementation with the consistent viewpoint of ensuring progress, fairness, social security, leaving no one behind. In order to promote the development of social housing to solve the housing needs of low-income people and workers in industrial parks according to the assigned targets, by 2030, Ninh Thuan province strives to complete the construction of 6,560 social houses. The social housing project in Thanh Hai resettlement area is one of the projects calling for and promoting investment from 2022.

This is a large-scale project with a large total investment and is an important part of completing the social housing targets assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2023 and Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025. After completion, the project will not only help many low-income households and other policy beneficiaries have the opportunity to have housing and safe accommodation, but also contribute to promoting investment attraction, developing infrastructure, trade, services, urban areas, developing human resources, and ensuring social security. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction, departments, branches, and localities to regularly monitor, urge, and closely follow the project progress according to the signed contract; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for investors during the implementation process, ensuring the completion of assigned social housing development targets.
