On October 20, 2023, the People's Committee of Vinh Phu Ward (Thuan An City) announced that it had just posted a Notice board with the content "Ngoc Luc Bao 68 Apartment Project is not eligible for transfer or capital mobilization". This Ngoc Luc Bao 68 project is invested by Le Phong Group Joint Stock Company and is currently implementing the project in Vinh Phu Ward.
Regarding the fact that The Emerald 68 project is not eligible for transfer and capital mobilization, on September 27, 2023, Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee issued Report No. 129/BC-UBND to the Department of Construction of Binh Duong province, Team No. 2 - Inspectorate of the Department of Construction and Thuan An City People's Committee to request direction. According to the above Report of Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee, The Emerald 68 project is in the process of implementation, on September 29, 2023, Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee received a notice to start construction of the project, the expected start date is October 5, 2023.
However, through the report and the actual situation at the project implementation location, Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee found that a group of people were distributing leaflets with content and images related to the apartment project. Also according to Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee, although the content and images of the leaflets did not specifically mention The Emerald 68 project, it caused misunderstandings about the project being eligible for sale. The above incident can easily lead to lawsuits and complaints, and at the same time affect the management work of Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee.
