Opening of training course on some contents related to advertising activities and propaganda work

On April 16, 2025 at Dien Bien Provincial Cinema, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism opened a training course on a number of contents related to advertising activities and propaganda work in 2025. Attending and giving a speech was comrade Doan Van Chi - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The training course was held for 02 days, with the participation of nearly 40 trainees who are civil servants and staff members in charge of management and implementation of advertising and propaganda activities in the province; organizations, enterprises, business establishments operating advertising activities; organizations and individuals who regularly need to carry out advertising in the province.

The training course aims to guide the search and use of the map system and advertising planning data, effectively implement the outdoor advertising planning in Dien Bien province approved by the Provincial People's Committee; enhance the effectiveness of state management of advertising and propaganda activities in the province; disseminate legal documents and instructions related to advertising activities; guide political propaganda and agitation work, serve social interests in combination with commercial advertising to welcome Party Congresses at all levels.

Through the training course, it contributes to fostering and improving knowledge and professional qualifications in the field of advertising and propaganda for officials working in cultural work at the district level; providing information on regulations and advertising planning for organizations, businesses, and advertising service establishments in the province.
