The Economic - Budget Committee met to review documents submitted to the 23rd session of the Provincial People's Council.

To ensure that the documents submitted to the Provincial People's Council Session are in accordance with regulations, on the morning of April 17, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review the documents submitted to the 23rd Session (special session) of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, in the economic - budget field. Attending the meeting were comrade Hoang Van Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

The 23rd session (special) will be held on April 18. The Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council is assigned to review 4 draft Resolutions submitted by the Provincial People's Committee, including: Draft Resolution on allocating regular expenditure estimates to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2025; Draft Resolution on approving the list of works and projects on land use conversion (supplemented) in 2025 in Ha Giang province; Draft Resolution on approving the list of works and projects on land recovery (supplemented) in 2025 in Ha Giang province; Draft Resolution on deciding on the policy of converting forest use to implement the Inner-city Road Project, Vi Xuyen town (phase 1, section behind Vi Xuyen district People's Committee).

Based on the study of the Submissions attached to the draft Resolution submitted by the Provincial People's Committee, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council basically agrees with the legal basis, practical basis, and necessity of issuing the Resolution to ensure; the format of presenting the draft Resolution is suitable to practical requirements and within the authority prescribed by current laws.
